Measurement and control of heating, ventilation and air condition systems as well as electro technology


Our company deals primarily with the maintenance of measurement and control technology of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and security-related electrotechnology (e.g. batteries, emergency lighting systems). Additionally we maintain and repair mechanical components, for example ventilation units or fire dampers.

Technical building installations have changed over the last few decades. Building installation systems and technology are of very high quality and employ sensitive devices that need to be regularly maintained.

The interdependence of various trades within the fields of electrotechnology and electronics requires extensive thinking with regard to the maintenance of building systems. Operating safety and the optimisation of systems and regulation units, for example ventilation and air conditioning technology, are key areas of consideration.

Cost reduction and a longer life-time increase the comfort and cost effectiveness of the system.

A number of regulations and directives regulate the responsibility of the building operator to meet the requirements. These regulations indicate examination periods, persons who are allowed to set up, maintain and modify systems, and regulate correct executions of necessary work.

Example: OPEN 4100 EMS - the native BACnet controller

The OPEN 4100 EMS (Energy Management Station) is designed as a native BACnet controller. It supports the BACnet protocol according to the ANSI/ASHRAE Standard with up to 4000 BACnet objects.

The OPEN 4100 EMS is tested according to DIN EN 16484-6 and BTL/WSPLab Test Plan. It is certified to the rules by BACnet Interest Group Europe and is BTL listed.

The OPEN 4100 EMS supports up to 4,000 physical data points.
 

Example: OPEN 810 EMS - the native BACnet Controller



The OPEN 810 EMS (Energy Management Station) is designed as a native BACnet controller. It supports the BACnet protocol according to the ANSI/ASHRAE Standard with up to 1,000 BACnet objects.

The OPEN 810 EMS is tested according to DIN EN 16484-6 and BTL/WSPLab Test Plan. It is certified to the rules by BACnet Interest Group Europe and is BTL listed.

The OPEN 810 EMS has one CAN interface. Three different versions for the connection of 5, 12 or 32 OPEN IO modules facilitate the adjustment on different installation sizes.

The OPEN 810 EMS supports up to 512 physical data points.

The goal of the accident prevention regulations is to ensure the safety of electrical systems and devices. For this reason, electrical systems and devices can only be connected, changed or maintained by trained professionals or under the supervision of trained professionals according to the electrical regulations.
